On the 16.05.2013 I booked in my Samsung S5300 for repairs as the screen went all blank, round about the 25.04.2013 I received my phone back all seemed to be fine as they did a software upgrade, the next day I noticed that the SD card reader was faulty. I went back to the store and spoke to the lay by the name of Lerato who helped me the first time and explained to her my problem. She had a look and also comment that here is a problem with the card reader.

The phone was re-booked on the 24.05.2013, I phone MTN Repair centre on 04.06.2013 and asked them what is going on with my phone. I was informed that they need a proof of purchase as they need to replace the LCD screen.
There was no defect with the LCD screen they had to fix the card reader as it become defective after i received it back form the store and it seemed when the phone was re-booked the fault on it was never updated and now this is delaying the repair of my phone.

I want this to be sorted with in the next 48 hours or they should issue me with a new phone as it seems like there is a lack of communication and urgency with MTN, looks like they just as bad as some of the other service providers.
