INCOMPETENCY AND SUSPENSION

I have had numerous issues with Nashua and Cell C ever since I upgraded my contract and ported to Cell C.
Cell C have finally released me from my contract and I am finally back with MTN. But the numerous issues I have had in the meantime is unacceptable.
- Upgraded to a contract I didnt ask for and my signature forged.
- Costing me additional airtime due to contract of Straight Up 100
- Soft locked on a continuous basis for going over "my limit" which impacts my business
- Finally supposed to port back to MTN on Thursday 4 Sept. Not done. Also asked to RICA. Nashua have all details for this
- Spent 4 hours at Nashua trying to sort problem
- Took papers for RICA. Informed by Nashua they were doing it. The port would go through Friday.
- Saturday 6 September, phone suspended because not RICAd. Was without phone for the whole weekend.
- I am an estate agent and weekends are busy. Clients could not contact me and I could not contact them.
- Impacted my business big time and made me look unprofessional.
- Also, if I had had accident or been hijacked - how could I contact people. Only emergency.
I have had 4 months of AND INCONVENIENCE. Need more than "sorry".
