I logged a complaint on HelloPeter 3-4 weeks ago regarding Cell C's poor signal. i never have signal- irrespective of where I am. Cell C responded with 24 hours, a consultant (Lungile) called to assist with the issuse. The funny part- Cell C had to contact me on my landline, because they could not reach me on my cell- since i never ever have signal! I completed a network fault form and was promised that someone would contact me with a few days. its been about a month. i tried following up with Lungile, but she does not reply to my emails. i still dont have signal- This is a breach of contract as i'm paying for a service that i NEVER receive!
