AFRIHOST -- BAD SERVICE

Afrihost promised to deliver my MiFi and SIM cards by the 06/09/2013. I contacted them per telephone to arrange for receipt of the product. Being a medical doctor, I arranged to receive the item between 13h00 and 14h00. On Friday. This never happened inspite of several phone calls. Finally I was promised delivery on Monday 09th at my residence again between 13h00 and14h00 by two employees of Collivery. At 14h30 no parcel arrived. I called ocollivery again and was reassured that the parcel will now be delivered at my consulting rooms before 5pm. No parcel arrived. At16h06 I received a call from Collivery and was reassured that the parcel is on its way and that it will be delivered now to my home any time after 17h00 . It's now 18h46 and still no parcel. Theit offices closed at 17h00. I am now uncertain if the product will ever be delivered. Like I said above I am a Medical practitioner and travell between my residence, my consulting rooms and the hospital, It becomes difficult for me to be at one place all the time. For the record the first installment was already paid for a day after the product was orderedThis sort of services from a "reputable company" is not acceptable.
