I purchased a MTalk PABX system from Mweb Buisiness with a service and support agreement. The PABX system and support came at a cost of R10 968.34 per month over 12 months. The Account Manager for Mweb was a Ben Moodley who promised the moon and the stars when it came to the reliability of the PABX system and the support of their product.
Immediatelty after the system was installed began giving errors. The lines kept getting cut, the reporting system didnt work at all it couldnt connect to some of the land lines.
MWeb were continously called to sort this out but never did. they continously past the buck onto Telkom saying the error was not theirs. Telkom came out every time they were called and showed that their land lines were in order.
I sent mails after mails and made continous calls to Ben Moodley but neither my mails or my calls were answered. 12 months down the line the system still doestnt work and none of the problems were resolved.
To top it off MWeb have been debiting my businmess account with the monthly installments when the entire system has been paid off in full.
I have lost a ton of money and business because of MWeb.
