On 25 January 2013 my Cell phone 083 601 2830 was (Case number 68/01/2013) and reported at Menlyn Branch on 26 January 2013. They promised to forward new phone to Bela Bela Branch for collection, but up today after several calls/emails to head office and branches concerned no progress have been made. According to Bela Bela Branch, Menlyn Branch refused to forward replacement phone to Bela Bela Branch, even after head office requested them to do so.
How long must I still waiting for my replacement phone to be delivered to my home branch for collection?
On 1 March 2013 Hello Peter helped us with a complaint (with the same company), where an amount of R19, 000.00 was refunded to me and settled within 48 hours. I trust you will be able to help me again to solve this problem.
