Worst service ever!!

I took out my contract about 6 Months ago. After a fight with MTN then already my phone was couriered to me when there was no stock anywhere! A while back my speaker on my iPhone 5 stopped working. So I went to the shop in 5th Ave Springs to have them look at my phone at that point still under the 6 Month MTN guarantee, and the 1 Year Apple guarantee, they said they can't help me as the store is closing the next day this was on 03/09/2013, So as per their instruction I went to the Selcourt Towers store, where I was told they can't help as only a MTN Direct store can help me they were told this over the phone by a person called Sharon. So the following day 04/09/2013 I went to the MTN Direct shop in mall @Carnival. There a very very rude person called Jenkins went on about me not having the right documents. I told him the phone was couriered to me so I only have the documents Teresa Ornelas Sterley emailed me to sign. Then the person said the IMEI Number of the phone and the IMEI Number on the dispatch form does not match. That makes no sense to me. I do not know who messed this up but I need this fixed ASAP or I will be taking it further I am sick of the terrible service by MTN!
