I refer to my complaint of 29 August 2013 (10 days ago). Despite the response from MTN 5 days later on Hello Peter that they were attending to the problem I have not been contacted nor has the data been restored to the correct sim card.
What sort of customer services is this??? Im utterly disgusted at the handling of this problem.
The solutions is twofold. Either remove the data from the incorrect sim and credit the account or simply transfer it to the correct sim, its not rocket science.
