My Telnet service that reminds of Telkom service

I signed Mytelnet Contract with Yolande Vercueil and Gary end of July 2013 and was told 4-6weeks which is acceptable. towards end of August I see a R2100 Deit order going off for Mytelnet, this while I have no installation. The response was quite positive and the guys pitched there 2-3 days later to install. Here is where my frustration starts. Instead of 2 hand sets I get one, to use for my Cashier, Manager Backoffice as well as myself... Also no data line as signed for per contract. I look for Yolande Vercueil who has not been seen since... I whattsapp Greg from telnet for help (2weeks ago for the 1st time) every time some lady phones me on the same day, just to find out she knows nothing of my contract. I ask for help again, just to find out they cannot find my contract. Then when someone does find it and figures what is going on I get no feedback until I start phoning/messaging Greg Padavattan on Whattapp. Then someone phones again and we start from scratch. now after 2 weeks I still have one handset (which does work perfectly) but lack final service delivery. The question I have is: Is Mytelnet just not oldTelkom employees in Mytelnet clothing?..
