I requested Mytelnet to cancel my contract telephonically in December 2012. After which I still received tax invoices and they deducted it from my bank account through debit order. Every month when the tax invoice is emailed to me, I phone them and email them back saying that I have requested them to cancel the contract. I have been paying for a service THAT DOES NOT EVEN WORK AS IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED from December 2012 until November 2013. My bank informed that I can stop these debit orders monthly, but I refuse to visit the bank each month for this. I had a telephonic conversation with Mytelnet on the 27th of December and still they have not come back with a solution. It is just and reasonable to reimburse all money that has been deducted when I did ask for cancellation. I will be instituting legal action against them, trust me.
