Poor service

PENED? ONE report per Supplier will be accepted in a 5 day period.
I am also very disappointed about the service from my telnet.i just called Mytelnet complaining about the internet, on the 7 January 2014 13:30pm and i spoke to Mellisa who told me that she cant help me because the technicians and all mytelnet staff are in the meeting including technician and she is the only one who is available .she told me too open the tickets then the technician will call me as soon as the technician is available.to me that was nonsense.
My telnet product is good but the staff is useless they don't have any clue what they doing.
I personally think they just hired a friend of a friend and families not by qualification.this company wont make it if they employed useless people, just because is related to someone who is already employed by telnet.
I am sure they wont call me because they never did when they promise to call back.
