Ongoing issues for close to a year with Mytelnet

Appalled is an understatement. For almost a year now we have been experiencing issues with Mytelnet. We moved over from Telkom to Mytelnet (ONE GUESS) the salesman advised that your service will save us money (not the case) Enough said, we have experienced service disruptions for almost a year and on a continual basis.

We are running a Pizza franchise and our source of income is through our telephone lines. Your support number 031 0000 130 does not work half the time (engaged tone). For this year (one week cycle) we have encountered two faults.

Unfortunately this is not how we do business. Every time we ask to have an issue escalated to a manager or director - we get prematurely disconnected and we have to go through the whole process of logging a call. We as a business love and appreciate our customer and I'm sorry that I cant say the same for you.

Please resolve this intermittent fault on our Telephone Line once and for ALL. I have to be the service Tech and test the line the entire day to ensure that everything is fine.

We pay for a Service, so please provide us with one. I/We will never recommend Mytelnet to anyone. Your service and attitude.
