Excellent service

I deal with a group of four Franchise stores in the Eastern Cape and have been dealing with Mytelnet for - 6 months and I would like to Thank Ashika Mekraj for her impeccably service as I have been battling to get a copy of our contracts for the last few months from the accounts department and have not received anything. Today I received a call from Ashika with regards to another query I had and she apologized first for only getting back to me only today as she was off. While on the phone I told her the problem I was facing and she immediately got on it, and before our conversation ended I received the copies I has asked her for.

Great service and attitude Ashika, thank you very much as you have made my dealing with Mytelnet much easier and uncomplicated, keep up the good work.
