I have been phoning the call centre for two days to enquire about the status of a new order for an ADSL line. I am a new customer and have been following the voice prompts on the line. I phoned about 8 times yesterday and held for 10minutes each time with no answer. Today i called twice so far and had the same outcome. I would like some feedback concerning this please. I chose MWEB over Telkom because I thought the service would be better. So far I am not very impressed.
