Saturday 19.01.13 went to N1 City Telkom to log a complaint. Waited so long logged it myself on the website on my cellphone. Our landline has no line (dead). By Saturday afternoon line is back but very bad and crackling and no ADSL line (not working) when Telkom sent sms to to confirm if fault is repaired we informed them no. My husand phoned them again, to be told they would have to make an appointment. It is a week now and still the line is crackling so bad, our alarm can not dial out (puts us at risk) we still have no ADSL line, which we pay for currently. We are approaching another telephone service company. This has been the third time that when our line is down we have to battle with service with Telkom. They must stop sponsering private company functions and spend more money on training staff to provide a better service. I am not complaining to repair the service, just mearly making them aware to avoid losing maybe more customers.
