I have been experiencing problems receiving calls to my cell c number for the past 3 weeks.
I called Cell C a couple of times and i was given codes to fix the error codes. Because this problem has been reoccurring and i was getting tired of this as i use my phone a lot. I decided to cancel my contract with cell C. Pay whatever is remaining on the contract.
I called this morning @ 10:30am & it was confirmed to me what the amount i needed to pay was. I also asked how long it will take for my number be changed to pre-paid. The person told me if i make a direct deposit. the money will reflect in a couple of hours & they will change my number to prepaid immediately when i call back a few hours after a payment is made.
I went to make the payment & struggled to get to someone from the cancelation department that could assist. I called & was holding for about two hours.
Someone called me back to tell me the funds will only reflect Monday & I must wait till then to finalise the cancelation and it can be done after the difference is paid.
Why was i not told about all of this initially so i can pay the correct amount!
ANOTHER 3 DAYS WITH CELL C!!! VERY BAD!!
