UNSKILLED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

UPGRADED EXISTING CONTRACT WITH A SMART PHONE. NEW SIM CARD CUT TO SIZE WITH SCISSORS.
INSTEAD OF DOING UPGRADE AND REGISTERING NEW SIM CARD AND BLOCKING OLD SIM CARD, THEY HAVE SOMEHOW PUT A BLOCK ON MY EXISTING NUMBER. I SPENT MORE THAN 2 HOURS AT WALMER PARK BRANCH (COMPLIMENTS TO PATIENCE AND GOOD CLIENT SERVICE BY CHARLENE THERE) WITH STILL NO JOY AS NOBODY AT THE TECHNICAL DIVISION (NEWTON PARK) HAS THE KNOWLEDGE TO UNBLOCK MY PHONE AND CAN ONLY LOG A COMPLAINT. I AM A MANAGER AT A LOCAL CLOSE PROTECTION COMPANY. IF MY PRINCIPAL LANDS LATER TODAY AND I AM WITHOUT A CELL PHONE, THE ONE WITH MY NUMBER, NOT ONLY AM I GOING TO LOSE THIS CONTRACT BUT PROBABLY A LOT MORE.
I THINK MTN TOTALLY OVERWORK AND UNDERPAY THEIR STAFF AND HAVE A MASS TURNOVER OF NEW LEARNERS WHO ARE JUST NOT UP TO SPEED, ESPECIALLY ON THE TECHNICAL SIDE. THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!
