Wrong SIM card

After attempting to upgrade my contract via the Mtn website and failing, I contacted the 808 number on the 18th of December 2013. I upgraded my contract with them and took delivery of the phone from the courier 3 days later. Unfortunately, the SIM Card provided was the incorrect size for the phone. After contacting my local Mtn store with this problem, I was informed that I would need to pay R134 to get a new SIM card. I did not take this offer. Contacting the 808 number with this issue, I am told that they cannot help me, I need to go to my local Mtn branch and they must give me a new SIM card. So now I am left with nowhere else to go. Please help me out here.
