I would like to thank Oscar of Afrihost and Bonolo Motespe of Telkom, for outstanding service.
Both of these respective employees (of Afrihost & Telkom respectively) were confronted with an extensive technical challenge, that my account profile presented to them.
Both of them went way beyond the call of duty, and tirelessly worked to resolve my technical issue, until it was resolved.
I wish to bring this case to the attention of their respective superiors, because I believe that such service excellence should be noted and rewarded.
