On the 12/08/2013 miss Teron phoned me and told me that I am due for an upgrade. She said she is phoning from Vodacom head office. I asked her if they have the Galaxy tab 3 7" and what deal they could offer me. She then proceeded to offer me the tab 3 at a very good deal. I informed her that the contract is in my wife's name but that I am using the number and that she can phone my wife to confirm the deal, which she did. She then told me that I would receive the device in the same week, sadly it is four weeks down the line and I am still waiting.

Today the 06/09/2013 after phoning the rewards co and Vodacom numerous times without any help from both sides, I spoke to Sandy who told me when I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager that they only come to work after nine, that was just before nine. Not VODACOM nor the COMPANY they associate themselves with are able to tell me when or if I will receive any service from either of them.

I am going to e-mail this to Vodacom head office "THE REAL HEAD OFFICE MISS TERON"
