Two months later and I am still paying

I cancelled my upgrade two months ago and gave the phone back to the branch. Since then I have been billed for a contract I did not upgrade and for a phone which I dont have. Kollenade Sentrum's Vodashop has never cancelled my upgrade. I would like to have this matter resolved and reimbursed before the end of the day. This is unacceptable.
