I recently cancelled my upgrade with Summermobile as I was given the incorrect upgrade package and the phone was collected a month ago. The consultant from Summermobile advised me that the upgrade was cancelled however I still get invoices from MTN charging me for the upgrade. I have also called MTN and the consultants just tell me to contact Summermobile. This is getting frustrating cause Summermobile says they have cancelled yet MTN has no records of that. Is there anybody who can assist as I refuse to pay for a phone that I don't have in my possession. I need this matter to be resolved urgently as this matter has been on-going for the past 2 months.
