Wrongful Deductions

2 Amounts of R249.95 and R199.95 was deducted from my account without my consent. My bank investigated it after i put a stop payment on it and it still deducted. I contacted them and was hanging on the phone for long periods and phone would just go quite. I did get though and was told that I should sent a email which i did on the 20th August and then nothing, I then sent a follow-up email on the 30th August and was told that it was sent to the Finance department for urgent processing but until tod no refund was received.
