I placed a complaint on Hello Peter a week ago about Cell C sending me a quote for a repair which they had assured me was free. I received an email from them and was told that someone called Sandros would contact me. He did so, but said he could not speak to me as the contract is in my dads name (understandable) and asked that my a must please email him to give permission for him to discuss my phone with me. My dad sent the email but I have since heard nothing back from Sandros himself or anyone else at Cell C. I now have no idea what is happening with my phone and have been without a phone for 3 weeks with no progress made whatsoever with fixing it thanks to the incompetence of Cell C. I want my phone back ASAP, FIXED and at NO COST as was initially promised. Stop hiding from your own inadequact Cell C!
