Incorrect billing and bad customer service

I phoned cellc in April to make sure that the extra 3g data bundles allocated for April must not be repeated for the month of MAY but this was not done. On the 1st of May i received extra 3G data bundles on top of the data i'm allocated with the contract i have with them. I then phoned Cell-c to let them know that they must reverse the 3G data bundles which costs me R350.88 as i had phoned before and asked that they make sure that this doesn't happen. I categorically stated that i will not be paying for this extra 3G data bundles should they not reverse and bill me accordingly. The consultant did not log the query and i only found out when doing a follow up on the query on the 8th of May. The consultant i spoke to on the 8th then logged a query # 3050801931. I phoned again on the 14th as i hadn't received an update regarding my query, CELLC CLAIMS THAT THEY ATTEND TO QUERIES WITHIN 48 hours, i was told that they'll escalate my query and someone from the billing department will give me a call but till today i haven't received a call from CELLC. The debit order is due tonight and i will be reversing it from the bank, will only pay after they've resolved. i regret joining CELLC
