Thanks for escalating the matter. Sandros did call & mentioned that my phone needs to be replaced & I should expect delivery by Friday 12th April '13.Gave the Cell C Centurion branch a call & unfortunately they had no idea what I was talking about regarding my phone replacement. I cannot get hold of Sandros via the Call Centre as the consultant I spoke to did not have any idea who Sandros is. Could you please escalate the matter with Sandros again, as I require my phone urgently...
