This has gone on too long!!! -COMPLAINT NO 3

I have just had enough! from being on the phone day after day, week after week, still no improvement and i demand a cancellation in my contract at mtn's expense! mark my words, i will make it known to other possible consumers about the ridiculous service i have been receiving. mtn refuses to cancel my contract from the very beginning as they have not given me in my contract what i have been promised on the phone when i initially signed up the contract.

I have been promised on an anytime 200 contract the following - R200 airtime, 200mb data (which i have been informed will be carried over and this has not happened) as well as 200 sms's of which i was not told that 175 was mtn to mtn sms's and only 25 were to any network. i have brought it to mtn's attention several times and kim has admitted that mtn was wrong and she made a deal that they would give me 2 months discount on my contract (R500) of which i did not accept as i am still unhappy with the contract.

To top this all off, another reason i refuse the rubbish network is because every 2nd on 3rd day my cellphone loses signal and no one can get hold of me for hours at a time. If this is not dealt with i will take it further!!
