NO NETWORK FROM DAY 1

TWO WEEKS AGO I TOOK OUT A DATA CONTRACT WITH MTN. I SENT THE MODEM TO MY DAUGHTER IN CULITZIA, UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA.

FROM DAY 1 THERE IS NO NETWORK. I HAVE CALLED MTN AND THEY SAY A TOWER IS DOWN IN GEZINA AND IT TAKES BETWEEN 2 AND 24 HOURS TO REPAIR. BUT NOW OVER TWO WEEKS HAS ELAPSED AND STILL NO SIGNAL.

NO ONE AT THE CALL CENTRE CAN CONFIRM WHEN IT WILL BE SORTED. I TOOK OUT AN MTN CONTRACT THINKING THAT IT IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE COUNRTY. HOW WRONG I HAVE BEEN. THE SERVICE, NETWORK AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COMPANY MAKES ME SICK.

WHEN I WENT TO THE STORE TO COMPLAIN, HE SAID ONCE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED I HAVE TO CARRY ON WITH IT, EVEN THOU THERE IS NO SIGNAL. I AM NOW FORCED TO TAKE ANOTHER DATA CONTRACT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY GIVES YOU SIGNAL FOR THE MONEY THAT YOU PAY. MTN, NEVER AGAIN.

ALL MTN CARES ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY. IF YOU HAVE SIGNAL OR NOT, JUST LIVE WITH IT.
THEY DONT CARE.

I HAVE TAKEN OUT A SECOND DATA CONTRACT WITH VODACOM AND SIGNAL IS FANTASTIC, BUT I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR MY MTN CONTRACT WHICH IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

WELL DONE MTN, WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
