Sim - no propoer feedback after report!!!

I am still waiting for word back from Vodacom and have not received any contact from Vodacom over 15 days regarding my first Hello peter report, concerning sim on my account. My account has a block and limit of 450 yet they allowed to run up my bill over R10 000. It is standing at over 11k, currently!
