POOR SERVICE

I do not have an account with Vodacom, but I was trying to open a internet account, and clearly Vodacom does not need any business from non existing clients.

I held on for 7 minutes, when an agent eventually answered, I had to go through another 5 minutes of questions, just for them to submit my application and within 30 seconds they advise that I do not qualify.

My question is, I have no accounts in arrears, my record is and was never poor, they could not give me any reason why I did not qualify. I think they are pathetic for throwing business away so easily.

I will not be recommending anybody to Vodacom due to the poor efforts.
Worst thing to do is to send potential clients to your opposition.

Always wondered why most people I know is with MTN or Cell C.
