Does Vodacom Really Respond???

I lodge a complaint with Vodacom and on Hellopeter regards to their poor service. I contacted Vodacom yesterday and spend 30 minutes with them that they will mail me detail (Nothing). They are easy to blacklist clients but never want to assist them to sort the problem that they cause. They easy to bill but when you request Itemised billing or query their bill you can not get hold of them.

I do not know why Hellopeter say this is a company that respond because they doesn't.

Please if anyone know how I can get through to these people give me guidance.

I can not believe people still doing business with them, think maybe you are the next one that will complain on hellopeter.
