Service from vodacom an excercise in futility

I attempted to connect my new vodacom modem but it was impossible. I phoned tha 082155 call centre twice and spent about an hour on the phone. It was suggested that i visit a vodacare shop as they opined that there is something wrong with the hardware on my laptop. I went to pta central vodacare. A bad experience! The place is filled withpeople moren intent on getting a leg over then to help me. The assistant started to help me but allowed his time to be devided between me and a lady who he seemingly wanted to court for the duration of of my two and half hour visit. I was told everything was in order. As soon as i got home i realised nothing changed. I still cant access internet from my laptop. Yet again i phoned but the incompetence is overwhelming as the operator advised that that is all vodacom can do for me. She promised that a senior consultant will phone me within 24 hours. This morning i was phoned again and advised that vodacom will send a technician to my office also that this will be arranged shortly. That call took place at 8.30. It is 16.00 and still no call from vodacom to schedule a meeting.

The service is absolutely pathetic.
