NO promo deal NO signal, no wonder I want CANCEL

Cell C has been trouble from the start. I bought what looked like a great deal and "ported" to them in July. Firstly I didn't receive a SIM that had been ported and had to do the whole story after realising that the "automatic porting hadn't been activated.

Then... the network, I'm lucky if I am able to make calls from work and home, the two areas I'm obviously at for most time of the day. 3G?! Lucky if I have signal 40% of the time. At times calls that I try to make fail up to 5 times.

The deal I bought, hasn't been loaded meaning I'm paying for something I'm not receiving. I called in and was advised that everything rightfully mine has been loaded. I called again after seeing that the correct amount of data had still not been loaded, this time the consultant agreed and I received reference number SD138823 on the 21st of August and was advised that it would take 24hrs to correct the error. It didn't. I called back again on the 29th and still was told that the error would be corrected. It's obviously still incorrect.

Sad thing is my sister bought the same deal and has had the SAME experience. Cell C, cancel this contract, I'm over it and you're in breech anyway.
