Every other Call Centre in SA can take a leaf from Web Africa's page. Once again I called them to sort out a problem I created and I didn't have to listen to hours of elevator music or some boring guy telling me I was 273rd in the queue. The operator was fast, efficient and polite. You guys are going to have to mess up REALLY badly before I would even think about changing service providers. A big congratulations on getting something right that no one else seems to be able to do.
