Pathetic Customer service

I bought a mini laptop via telesales in 2009 of which the sales consultant never mentioned it was a mini laptop but i accepted it anyway, he mentioned that should the laptop gives me problems THE NEAREST VODACARE would be the place to take it to. In 2011 my mini laptop stopped charging i took it to Vodacare Westgate Mall, when i got there i was given a telephone number which they believed it was for HP Company. I called the number and it was a wrong number, I then called Telkom directory which i got to my surprise when i phoned the HP it was never their product, and they gave a number for another Company that i cant remember the name. When i phoned that Company i was told they can send a technician provided i'll afford the collection, labour and the delivery, I was very disappointed because when i accepted the contract i was told that i'll never pay for repairs within the term which was a three year contract term. The last time i got my data bundles was 2011 May and I finished paying my contract in November 2012 and i'm still getting smss and calls from Vodacom collection department. Can i please get my laptop fixed and my also get my bundles for all these months because i paid for them.
