On the 28th of March 2013 i received a call from 087 310 9522 who introduced himself as Evans who told me that my number has been selected for upgrade. He further informed me that on the current package (315 Business Top Up) i'm paying too much for the minutes, handset etc... who wouldn't want to pay less???

He offered me the opportunity to migrate from Business Top up 315 to Smart M Package. I have just discovered that its an openline and i want to migrate back to my original contract which i signed at the store and i have been told that i have to pay R1970 or else have to migrate to top 400.

I'm not happy about the migration fee chargers which i have to pay. I called the Vodacom customer care on the 9th to ask to be migrated back to my original contract. i can't wait for my contract to come to an end so i can move to another service provide
