Who is the customer and HOW NOT TO TALK TO THEM

I really now have NO time for a call centre agent that shouts at a customer NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT A CUSTOMER IS!!!
Do the call centre agents NOT understand that they may not be talking to a dummy on the other side!!
I called the centre with an email problem, firstly after holding ON FOR 20 MINUTES FOR WHICH I AM PAYING AS YOU ANSWER THE CALL AND WE HAVE TO LISTED TO CANNED MUSIC AND ADVERTISING which I really don't appreciate. I have said this before if your service IS AS POOR AS IT IS get an 0800 number and YOU TAKE THE COST FOR YOUR INCOMPETENT OPERATORS!!!
Not sure of who it was but it seemed that he was chewing bricks and could not even hear my account number which I had to repeat 4 times, SORT YOUR PHONE LINES OUT THE QUALITY IS RUBBISH.
I would like you to listen to the call that I made and hear how one of your call centre staff treat your customers!!! NOW after calling a second time talking to the agent the line just gets disconnected, THIS IS TOTALLY CP service!!!
