I am beyond annoyed with you guys and ur the service you are providing me!! First of all it takes an hour for someone to answer at the call centre and all it does it run up my phone bill I have done this numerous times and you guys cant sort out the problem!!! I tried your sms service and I get a phone call the following day when i am no where near my internet!!! I then try your online options, your live chat doesnt work and ur emails and tickets you get back to the person almost 3 hrs later with information that does not help me, even though it says you will get back to me within 57 minutes!!! Since i have been with you guys I am STILL after 2 months waiting for the guy to call me back at the call centre about my wireless!! I am STILL waiting for someone to call me from the sms line, and the email i sent at around 10 i only got a response for this morning at 1:24!!! Please dont blame this on ur technical issue yesterday because this has been for a while now. I am beyond frustrated. I would like someone to call me and help me fix this issue! If they cant do that then I will be changing service providers. Its been the same issues since day one.
