I bought a Vodafone Home Gateway HG556a from Hifi Corporation last month. This gateway never properly worked, either dropped connection or something else went wrong and I spent hours and hours to speak to more or less competent agents on the Vodafone Data Centre. I eventually gave up and returned the product to Hifi to get it fixed. Waited for three weeks, collected it today, and although everything seems to be working, this thing still doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Dialled 155 but besides having to listen to music and the same announcements, I just hang in the queue forever... very upsetting since I just don't know what to do anymore...
