On the 31st July 2013 the said company withdraw R798 out of my account without permission. I contact the corporation to find out why? the lady [ Rochelle] told me it was a network problem and will be rectify within fourteen days. After fourteen days i contact them again the replay was to wait twenty one days. I ask the lady to email me a letter to verify that it was a fault in their side. She agree to it. I never received anything or my money back. I try to contact them for the last two days but no answer.please could you help.
