I got a call from MBD saying I owe Miladys R2063 after 14years.
The account was paid off to a zero balance fourteen years back, I did not buy once in the fourteen years on account from Miladys and do not even have a card of Miladys.
I never received any communication from Miladys in the past fourteen years informing me that I owe them money or that my account is in arrears or that they will hand it over.
My contact number only changed three years ago, so they had no excuse for not contacting me or getting hold of me.
I have no information or documentation on the amount they accusing me of owing them, but the only thing I've been told is "pay the money"
MBD can't assist me and is referring me to Miladys and Miladys is referring me back to MBD.
MBD keeps on insisting that I must just pay the amount that is outstanding but can't explain to me how they got to the amount.
MBD can't answer me on questions asked but keep on phoning me
This is totally unacceptable
