My 24 months lap top contract expired however MTN continued taking money off my account. In august I requested that my contact be converted to prepaid but thereafter money was taken off my account. Lance (Manager) called me in September and informed me that I will get a call from one of the consultants instead today I received the Final Payment Notice demanding payment in fourteen days.
