Hi Cybersmart
Service is still lacking when it comes to answer the phone, i waited 17min 10sec. before someone answered the phone, this is not the first time this has happened and this is that i was 1st in line as per the automatic machine. if i waited to long, how long would the person on the 10th place must have had to wait???
Cybersmart, i know its not easy to keep every one happy, but come on, at least try to answer the phone and not keep the client waiting for so long on the line.
