Lack of communication and delay

I resigned from my job in February, I received sms from the fund on the 1 March informing that thay have received my claim from the employer. I contacted the fund on the third week of March. I was told that my document are back from Sars. payment will go through after seven to fourteen days from the the 15 March 2013. After fifteen days i contacted the fund, i was tols that they are waiting for settlement amount of pension back landing which i have with standard bank. its been two weeks now. If i knew that it will take so long i would have collected settlement myself from the bank. what frustrate me the most is when i contact them they nomarly verify details and ask me to hold forever intil i run out of airtime and they wont bother to call me back for feedback. I cannot afford to miss paying my bills for the second month. I need your assistance in this matter i ran out energy and patience with them.
