I signed a MTN 3G contract with Mweb at Century City on the clear understanding that the R119p/m for 2GB bandwidth will be capped at R10 meaning the account will not exceed R130p/m. On numerous occasions throughout the signup process I asked if the total amount will not exceed R130p/m to MAKE SURE before I signed. I even made the sales person write in 'R10 Limit' on the contract and we both signed for this. I get a R294.84 account for this MTN 3G subscription and suddenly I am to blame according to Mweb. Obviously MWEB will not take responsibility - their customers are not that important to them.

Please people - beware! If it's not month to month - DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT! I've learnt my lesson for the LAST time!

MWEB - You're such a disappointment - your word means NOTHING!
