On the 01/07/2013 i applied for my MTN business line (0834066024) to be moved to prepaid. I received an automated response thanking me for my response and was logged directly to corporate support. I called MTN business on 26/06/2013 and spoke to Ms Cerleaze Jacobs and also emailed her [Email Removed] as my account was not transferred to prepaid as yet. Still nothing was done and i was debited for R415 on 01/08/2013. I called again on 08/08/2013 and emailed Cerleaze, the same day i got an email back from Lungile Mngomezulu saying my line was successfully migrated to prepaid and a billing query was raised. Reference: REQ:2510242. Since then nothing happened on my billing query with no response. On 30/08/2013 another debit order for R415 goes off after MTN confirmed the line was sucessfully migrated to prepaid. I sent an email to Lungile on 02/09/2013 asking for feedback but till today i have no response. This type of service is unacceptable. I am extremely unhappy as 2 debit orders went off totaling R830 and i get no feedback.
