On hold for 30 minutes, TWICE!

I can understand MTN not wanting their customers to terminate contracts early, but surely, to keep someone on hold waiting for someone from the cancellations department to pick up the phone is preposterous! How many people cancel their lines a day?? Can someone please get in touch with me because I refuse to spend my entire day waiting by the phone to be responded to. It makes no sense.
