Mweb unfair and dishonest attitude / behavio

I renewed my contract with mweb in October 2012 for a 2.5gig 3G (Vodacom). In July 2013 I contacted Mweb sales to renew my account only to find out (to cut a long story short) that Mweb had been over charging me for the duration of the Contract (R449, instead of R436) and that they had now put the price up from R436 a month to R469.
They have agreed to refund me for the charges of R449, but tell me that the Charge of R469 a month is covered in their term and conditions (point 2.1 to 2.5). However, I think you would have to be a really unfair or perhaps dishonest person to interpret those paragraphs in the manner that mweb does.
I was never notified of this charge increase. I have now cancelled my account with mweb but still have to adhere to a 60 notification period, even though they HAVE NEVER STUCK TO THE CONTRACT I SIGNED WITH THEM.
The did try and get me to stay with them by saying that they would credit me for the cost of the increased charge but why stay with a provider you cannot trust.
Why should I have to adhere to a contract when they never have. Why should I pay for a service I no longer need as I have gone elsewhere.
