Mweb
Bill exceeds cap

I first reported this to mweb on 12 Dec, still not sorted out.
When I noticed in October that mweb charges R200 per gig (btw that is 12.5 times what my regular provider charges) when I exceed my 3 gig limit I logged into my account on the mweb site and under adsl I changed my out of package usage options from 'buy booster' to 'pay per mb' with a max limit of R100 (the lowest level available for some reason. If I could set it at zero I would have).
I therefore trusted that the max I could be billed is R179 per month. So I was shocked to find that my bill for december was R254.80. Clearly your system failed to implement the cap I set up. That is not my fault, and I will not pay for the failure of mweb's system. I owe mweb R179 for december, the difference of R78.80 would not have been charged if mweb's system worked. I want my money back.

I also sent through a cancellation form- twice. I want mweb to confirm receipt of this form. I do not want to remain their client beyond my contract period given how they treated me.
