In the notice box I mentioned not be a new contract but upgrade. When received the new phone it had a simcard, and on the detail written as a "replacement simcard". Only to realize that the number changed. I made a call to Vodacom customer care ie simcard. I spoke to a lady - not sure of her name (August) and explained. She said I should not be concerned as the new simcard was due to old one not working in new phone. I accepted Just to see that I was billed both phones. Phoned vodacom Zanile Magwase 0821945. She understood that I asked on application for an upgrade. Understood I phoned immediatly that there was a new number. Promise that she will sort it out. Asked her to phone me, never did. When I phoned in heard Zanele never placed anything on the system. Now helped by Magwza. She promised she will sort out.. What I need from Vodacom? To cancel the old number 0769426622 (which lapsed in May 2013). That new phone 0794228279 replace the old. Monies paid back due me. Apology lette
